At The Richard Harvey Collection, our passion for furniture, home accessories and gifts takes us on a journey around the world to discover the exciting and extraordinary, brought to you from the comfort of our little corner of the Warwickshire Cotswolds.
Originally an antique pine shop, owned since the mid 1970's by Richard's parents until their retirement in 2005, Richard and his wife Louise have stripped back, re-styled and invigorated the showrooms whilst continuing with the customer focused values of a family run business. The rest, they say, is history. Now in it's 18th year, the home furniture and accessory specialist is a mainstay in Shipston town centre and continues to grow every day.
From the exterior of the shop front on the main street in Shipston on Stour, you will discover the unique treats and treasures inside. To the rear of the shop you will be led through to a delightful 19th Century former Baptist Chapel with two floors of statement furniture, sofas and design led accessories.
Celebrating a fusion between traditional and contemporary design classics, our showrooms are styled to emulate the home environment. We proudly showcase solid fruitwood furniture from non-endangered sources, individual Chinese sideboards, exquisite hand-made British sofas and occasional chairs. We are Knole sofa specialists and have the largest showroom display of Knole sofas in the area. Statement mirrors, lamps, rugs and sumptuous furnishings will complete your rooms to create a welcoming and relaxing space to enjoy with family and friends.
We are great believers in community spirit and it is a pleasure to work closely with our customers. Live locally? Why not enjoy our free 'try in situ' service where you can 'try out' a piece of furniture or accessory to make sure it fits perfectly before you make that purchase. By arrangement, we can even come to your home and share our creative ‘know-how’ to help transform a room and create the living space you dream of. We also offer free delivery within the local area.
