Order Processing & Delivery
XMAS DELIVERY SERVICE FOR SMALL PARCELS WILL NOT BE COLLECTED AFTER 17TH DECEMBER
Your order is sent directly to our secure till in our shop for processing. Once we have received your order and payment, our staff will pick, pack and dispatch the item. We will aim to do this the same day for all orders in to our shop Mon-Sat (excl Bank Holidays).
Delivery is charged as priced on each order. Once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed.
All quoted delivery prices are for most UK Mainland addresses. If you require delivery out of this area, please contact the shop on 01608 662168 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will endeavour to provide you with a quote. Additional charges will be incurred for morning, Saturday and next working day deliveries. Your purchase will be delivered to the address specified on the order confirmation.
On occasion, goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. As such, delivery cannot be guaranteed and any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.
Furniture,large items, and, items containing glass will be delivered to you via our dedicated courier. For this reason, delivery may take a little longer, but usually will occur between 5-10 days. You will be contacted by a representative as soon as delivery dates can be confirmed.
If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
All orders placed which total more than £450 will be delivered to you free of charge as one consignment. If you wish for items to be sent separately please be aware that additional delivery charges may apply.
